mooie.dev ("the Site") is a personal project that offers a collection of free web tools. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Using the Site

The tools are provided free of charge, for lawful use. You agree not to:

• use the Site to break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• upload or process content you don't have the right to use;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its accounts, or its underlying systems, or probe, scan, or test its security without permission — to report a vulnerability, see our security policy;
• disrupt the Site or place an unreasonable load on it, including through automated scraping, bulk requests, or denial-of-service.

Your files and content

You keep all rights to the files and content you bring to the Site, and you are responsible for having the right to use them. Many tools run entirely in your browser and never send your files to us; some tools require server-side processing. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

AI-assisted tools

Some tools use automated or AI systems (for example, text and image helpers). Their output can be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for convenience only — review it before relying on it. It is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Intellectual property

The Site's own design, code, and content belong to its operator. Output you generate with the tools from your own input is yours to use.

Accounts

A few features require signing in. If you have an account, you are responsible for keeping access to it secure and for activity under it. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

No warranty

The Site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available, error-free, or secure, or that any result will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of mooie.dev is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Site.
